Prototype for final in GMAP class

I need to:

* Fix the bullets from enemy turrets to actually move in a direction rather than floating around

* Change the trigger range or just whether triggers affect the bullets (disappear to early, and colliders make some enemies ride the bullets)

* apply more gravity to the jumping golden ball enemies

* add more features (sound effects for shooting?, Level transition when there are more levels, change the powerup to either multi-shot or maybe jump height, background and pixelated overlay?, cover screen and death anim?, or perhaps only what is required)
